We offer appointments at home making our service convenient for you. There is no extra charge for out of hour's appointments or your location. Appointments usually available within 24 – 48 hours.

Opening Times

Monday - Friday: 8am – 9pm
Saturday: 11am – 6pm
Sunday: 12 – 4pm

* Out of hours appointments available on request.

Prices

We are committed to offering affordable treatment, and believe our prices are competitive.

Physiotherapy Initial Assessment including first Treatment (1 hour) - £70
Physiotherapy Subsequent Treatments (30 – 45 mins) - £40
Deep Tissue/Sports Massage (1 hour) - £50
Deep Tissue/Sports Massage (30 mins) - £30
1:1 Pilates (1 hour) - £50
1:1 Pilates (30 mins) - £30
Altonwood members please contact us for a price list (proof of membership required at initial consultation).
Parkrun event runners please ensure you mention signing the discount form when booking an appointment.

Cards/ Cash/ Cheques accepted.

Payment MUST be received at time of treatment. Elizabeth Edwards Physiotherapy reserve the right to charge the full amount for any appointments missed. Clients must give 24 hours notice to cancel or they will be charged if appointments are not attended.

Private Medical Insurance

Elizabeth Edwards Physiotherapy is recognised as a physiotherapy provider with most major private medical insurers. These include; Aviva, Standard Life, Cigna, Simplyhealth, WPA.

If you have private medical insurance please inform us when arranging your initial appointment.

Please have your policy details to hand, as we will require the name of the company you are insured with, your policy number and an authorisation number before arranging your appointment.

A referral from your GP may be required prior to an authorisation code being provided by your insurer. We will liaise directly with your insurer to enable Elizabeth Edwards Physiotherapy to invoice them directly.

Some insurers may require a physiotherapy provider reference number prior to authorising treatment. If you require any provider details please feel free to contact us. Policies and procedures vary from insurer to insurer so if you have any queries please call your insurer for advice.
